Livia Montana of the University of Southern California Center for Economic and Social Research will lead a two-part discussion, on some of the most important and innovative sources of demographic and social data on America and the developing world.
Her main topic will be “Twelve Years of the Understanding America Study: What Have We Learned?”Livia will also bring us up to date on the worldwide Demographic and Health Surveys program, of which she was until recently the Technical Director.
